Payment

We accept payment by cash, cheque and paypal , on occasions other payment types may be accepted  such as bank transfer please contact us for details.

Delivery

Delivery costs are NOT Included in the prices given, please contact for postage costs. We are happy to accomodate collection in person by prior arrangement, alternativly we are happy to assist with courier uplift arranged by customers.

All items will be dispatched within five working days of cleared payment being received, unless we inform you about delay.

Returns

Right to Cancel

If for any reason you wish to cancel you order prior to collection/despatch please contact us directly via e-mail at info@nessantiques.co.uk or telephone either 07928 784031 or 07825661546 to arrange cancelation.

You have a cooling off period of 14 days after the date on which you have received the Goods to cancel the Contract, and return the Goods at your cost and receive a full refund of the purchase price.

During the cooling off period any cancellation must be given by written notice – to info@nessantiques.co.uk

Goods must be returned complete and undamaged.
